Uniform Designer: 2011 to date

Timothy Everest has worked with celebrated chef Marcus Wareing for his new venture at the King’s Cross St Pancras Hotel: The Gilbert Scott. Timothy was approached by Wareing and his General Manager Chantelle Nicholson to dress the front-of-house, waiting and bar staff. The look and feel of the uniforms was inspired by the grandiose 1920s interior of the hotel, but with a modern, masculine nod.
