I just arrived back from Seoul and Tokyo, and am catching up on things that have happened in London.

Stacey and Ruth who work on my Design team went to the opening night of the Very Sanderson exhibition at the Fashion and Textiles Museum in Bermondsey (www.ftmlondon.org). Celebrating 150 years of the wallcovering company (who have produced some of my favourite print designs), the exhibition displays both modern designs and books of print clippings that date back to the mid 19th Century.

Zandra Rhodes opened the exhibition and Stacey & Ruth said the atmosphere was really lively and excited – I'm not surprised being surrounded by all those inspiring patterns!! I've heard it is a brilliant exhibition that shows the illustrious history of the brand in all it's multicolour goodness. I'm going to pop down there when I get back from LA in a few weeks (it's on until the 13 June 2010).

In other news, we're gearing up (get it!) for the Tweed Run (http://tweedrun.com) on April 10th. What do you think I should wear? I have a lovely 16oz Harris Tweed three-piece suit that I could wear, but it might get too warm...I really should dig out my old plus-fours shouldn't I! One of my designers Ruth has nearly finished the monochrome Herringbone cape she's making. I can't wait to see how dressed up people are for it. See you there!
