We are extremely excited to be reopening our doors to customers on Saturday 4th July at our Redchurch Street store and Monday 6th July at our Bruton Place store.

We have worked hard on getting ready for these dates with brand new procedures and working practices in place for the safety and security of our clients and staff.

These newly amended opening times reflect the need to keep the store spotless at all times. Not only will the stores be cleaned throughly before opening, we will also be closed during the day for a further cleaning break. During opening times, we will be welcoming walk-in custom, but recommend that you call, email or click here, to make an appointment so we can give you our undivided, socially distanced attention. If you find our door shut, just knock and call and we will be right with you.

In addition to the cleaning break in the middle of the working day, and the full cleaning before opening we will have the following on hand around the clock:

– Protective masks and gloves (mandatory for all staff) will be available for all customers at the entrance. We do encourage wearing of masks in store as well as gloves to peruse items.
– Anti-bacterial hand sanitiser at door and till point, with till area cleaned after each use and more contactless options available, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For ease we will allow 14 day, no quibble return of purchases (unworn, unwashed and with swing tags), and if you wish to handle or try on any items we will keep our fitting rooms clean and quarantine any tried on clothes for 72 hours before returning to the floor.

For bespoke, made-to-measure fittings and alterations, clients will be required to wear face masks and gloves, available in store if needed alongside staff.

We are excited to welcome you, but we acknowledge that socially distanced shopping will be an unfamiliar experience, though one we will do our best to make pleasant.  We know that this may not be possible for everyone just yet and our website continues to offer our entire collection with worldwide delivery, e-commerce support and a full returns policy. Alternatively, fittings and consultations can be arranged away from our stores at the client’s convenience.
