Winter Sale Highlights

While our Winter Sale takes place, it shouldn’t be overlooked that 2022 is really the year to get all of one’s ducks in a row. And as you clear out the chaff and organise the wheat, so to speak, take a little time to ensure you have the clothes and accessories to help you successfully navigate a new and hopeful horizon. Staying sartorially sharp is one thing we never make concessions on, and it’s the only resolution that counts around here.

Mid-layers

Our off-the-peg knitwear is much loved by customers, and we still have a number of wool-rich mid-layers on sale. We have Crew Neck jumpers in cashmere and lambswool in a range of hues and sizes, the versatile Merino Wool Reverse Stitch Roll Neck in a brace of colours, plus our standout piece, the Merino Wool Ribbed Shawl Collar cardigan, is ready and waiting for you. Outerwear

If you’re south of the Highlands, you’ll have detected that winter hasn’t properly sunk its teeth into temperatures, yet. And so there’s still time to find the right coat for when things really do get nippy. We have discounts on our Double Breasted Coat in wool and cashmere, and there’s a significant reduction on our limited edition Houndstooth Raglan Check Coat. And if you like to make more than subtle statements with your outdoor attire, you might also try out our Green Cord Safari Jacket.

Jackets

It would be remiss of us, as tailors, not to encourage purchasing a decent suit jacket (or three) and the House Block Suit Jacket, in grey pinstripe wool or puppy tooth cashmere is a contemporary classic for all occasions. The Navy Check Double Breasted Blazer or Charcoal Herringbone Brushed Wool Windsor Jacket is another versatile and perfectly formed sports coat that works in a number of guises. And for the rustic elegance of a Florentine archaeologist, there’s the Hopsack Washed Wool Simplon Jacket. Keeping it artisanal, there is also the Mustard Basketweave Work Jacket to cut it between the canals of Venice and Manchester.

Shirting

The shirt you wear brings everything together, and our sale is undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to refresh your selection. We have good stock left on our ever popular Cotton Twill Hoxton Shirt, button-down Brushed Cotton Redchurch Shirt and Open Collar Shirt styles in various colours. The Merino Wool Polo Shirt is also a house favourite and is at a rather fetching price, until its gone.
